Playing in one of the toughest divisions, Southwest, in all of the NBA, the Hornets from last year proved plenty of experts wrong with their dream season.
Running the show is superstar point guard Chris Paul, who got mad consideration for league MVP. One day he’ll receive that honor, and it may just be this season. CP3 is the glue that holds this team together; he makes everyone around him better. Who knew that Peja Stojakovic was going to have the season he had last year. Same deal with Tyson Chandler, the Chicago Bulls gave up on him. It was Chris Paul who came in and single handedly resurrected the careers of those two players. As long as Chris Paul is playing at a high level of basketball, the Hornets will win games.
The supporting cast is just as strong with David West doing his thing with the jumper and isolation game. Then there is James Posey off the bench, and is also coming off a championship season with the Celtics. He will bring leadership and a winning attitude to the club.
The Hornets have a solid team and good starting 5. The bench is a bit skeptical but they proved they could get the job done. One more time, as long as CP3 is playing the Hornets are a force.

SLEEPER PICK --> MORRIS PETERSON, GREAT OFF THE BENCH OR AS A STARTER.
PREDICTION --> PLAYOFFS, BOOK IT. WILL CONTEND FOR FIRST OVERALL IN WEST AND IN HIGHLY COMPETITVE DIVISION FOR TITLE.
OVERALL --> GOOD WINNING BASKETBALL, AND CP3 TO PROVIDE EXCITEMENT WITH EXCELLENT BALL HANDLING SKILLS.
